We went up to Donner this last weekend to take the canoe for one last run before school started. We also took up bikes so we had plenty to do. The water was perfect and the wind was warm. You couldn't ask for a better day. Brian and Kylee weren't too happy when a big wave rolled the canoe, but we all survived thanks to life jackets. It was actually pretty fun though we couldn't convince the kids that they were floating on thier own. They wanted back in the boat, water and all!
