Early in April the kids helped Grandpa plant potatoes. Brian stayed with it longer, even when it began to drizzle on them. He just pulled his coat up over his head so he wouldn't get wet. They've enjoyed experiencing Spring on a Farm with all the baby animals. Kylee really liked the chicks when they were brand new. They are older and not quite as cute in this picture. The kids also liked looking in the pasture every morning on their way out to the bus to see if any calves had been born during the night. There were 3 calves born this Spring.
